Exchange of Damaged or Defective Item(s)
Znfo.com will replace item(s) that are damaged or defective at no charge if returned to Znfo.com within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Please return the damage or defective item(s) in the original condition, (postage paid), to Znfo.com with your request for replacement. Znfo.com will notify you via email of your replacement once we’ve received and processed the returned item(s). Znfo.com will send a replacement for the damaged or defective item(s) to the original shipping address within 7 days of receipt of the returned shipment. Znfo.com will also provide a refund to the original purchaser for the shipping cost exclusively associated with sending the damaged or defective item(s) to Znfo.com within 30 days of our receiving your return.

Return Policy
Within 7 days of receipt of your shipment, (excluding gifts), you may return any unopened item(s) to Znfo.com for any reason, for a full refund of the item(s) original retail price, (excluding shipping and handling cost). Please note to receive a refund for a return, the Znfo.com original packaging must not opened. If the Znfo.com original packaging is opened before return, no refund will be granted or processed. You will be notified via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item(s). You can expect a refund to the original purchaser within 30 days of our receiving your return.

Returns Due to Shipping Error
If your original order is received in error, please notify Znfo.com, (within 3 days of order receipt) via email at Contact@Znfo.com and provide your original Order Number; Date Order Placed; Description and Barcode # for the Item(s) received in error. Within 3 days of receiving this information, Znfo.com will contact you via email to inform you of your authorization to return status. If Znfo.com authorized the return, you will receive an Exchange Notification letter. Return your Exchange Notification letter along with the returned item(s), (postage paid) to Znfo.com within 7 days of the date on the Exchange Notification letter. Znfo.com will correct the error by sending the accurate item(s), (at no charge), to the original shipping address within 7 days of receipt of the returned error order item(s), (including your Exchange Notification letter). Znfo.com will also provide a refund to the original purchaser for the shipping cost exclusively associated with sending the error order item(s) to Znfo.com within 30 days of our receiving the error order return.
